Unit Amenities: All units offered for rent by Amazing Hosts are equipped with full kitchens, providing guests with the convenience of preparing their meals and cutting down on costs, especially when traveling with children. We take pride in ensuring that our accommodations meet the highest standards of comfort and convenience for our guests.
Check-In and Check-Out: We offer early check-ins and late check-outs, subject to availability. However, we cannot confirm a late check-in until the day before your designated date of check-in. The same applies to late check-outs. Check-in time is at 4pm, and guests can arrive at any time after. Check-out time is at 10AM on the designated date of checkout. Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.
Departure Procedures: Upon your departure, we kindly request that you take out the trash, start the dishwasher with detergent, secure all windows and doors, and turn off fans, lights, and AC units. For units with keys, please leave them on the kitchen counter, ensuring there is also a key in the lockbox. Our housekeeping team follows strict cleaning and sanitation standards, and guests are instructed not to clean or launder any items in the condo upon their departure.
Responsibility: While we strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our accommodations, guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Please report any issues or concerns to us promptly so that we can address them accordingly.
